Immediately after purchasing your membership, you should receive a confirmation email with a receipt. If you did not receive that email, check your Spam folder. When you find the email, mark it as Not Spam.
After your membership is processed you will be sent a membership package and your membership card by email.

Your membership number will be on your membership card. If you are a brand-new member, and have not yet received your membership card, please contact Exit.

If you joined or renewed after February 2026 you will automatically have an Exit Store Acount. Your username is your email address and your password is the one you chose at checkout.

You will be able to log in to the Exit Store to manage your membership or purchase other products or services without the need to re-enter your details.

Please note that this does not apply to the Peaceful Pill Handbook. The Exit Store and the Peaceful Pill Handbook are two different things.
